Japanese Culture

Well as do many i am a fellow anime/manga lover. The presentation was awesome and very informative to possible new comers. I'll admit that i don't collect and buy as much as some because I'm broke :D If i were to give you my top 3 favorite anime, they would have to be PeaceMaker Kurogane, Blood +, Ouran High School Host Club. These are the three that come to mind, but honestly i couldn't really choose an actual favorite. I kinda go with the flow. All three of these are also in manga form.

I have the first three volumes of Peacemaker that was released in the US. The great manga-ka responsible for this is Nanae Kurono(Chrono). Like another series (Ruruoni Kenshin) Peacemaker has famous names from the Shinsengumi such as Okita Souji and Saitou Hajime. Another set of manga called Peacemaker Shinsengumi Imon (think that's the name) is out but it was not release here in the US. Both the anime and manga have their fair share of blood :D.

Blood + is a 5o episode series that i enjoyed very much :D Some may be familiar with the movie Blood the Last Vampire. Not completely sure but the two are related as far as the main character goes. Main character's name is Saya and yes she is a vampire. So blood if very much involved in this series XD

The last one is Ouran Kou Kou Hosuto Kurabu (Ouran High School Host Club). This series is good for laughs. The creater is Bisco Hatori. The seiyuu for Tamaki ish soooo awesome i love him :D His name is Mamoru Miyano. Like many people have mentioned before anime comes in all types of genres so there's a little love for everyone.
